A visit by a member of the Alberta Legislative Assembly, Chantelle de Jonge, highlighted our community farming practices. She encouraged seniors to continue growing natural crops such as corn, beans, carrots, beetroot, huckleberries, and others, which help keep them engaged and active. This contributes to maintaining their fitness and overall good health.
